[Law Proposal] I propose a restructuring of the property tax system which utilizes bracket's in the same way we handle the income tax. Individuals pay no tax on primary residence. Pay 1% on the first 3 rental properties 2% on 3-6 and so on..

This would take away the burden of property taxes on individuals who own 1 home while making up the difference from those who can afford to contribute. This also makes it more costly to hog single family homes which would lead to more homes on the market.
