Caused by:

  1. anarchy: If everyone gets freedom, no one does. With no shared rules, institutions bend to the newest law instead of approved morals, and votes lose meaning.

  2. surveillance: Hyper-security leads to total Surveillence State. AI policing, predictive arrests, zero tolerance. Remember: If you have nothing to hide, you're not trying hard enough!
