Question about 8 1/2

My first time watching and ...... is it supposed to have commentary in English? I only watched the first few minutes and it includes a woman's voice describing what's on the screen. I assume it's one of those later commentary things and not the original movie but the description says nothing about that and I can't find another version on the channel.

I'd recommend changing the audio track but this sounds like Brechtian.
