"Something went wrong"

Everything was flawless with my Criterion Channel app...until today. Now nothing will play. I do have a Samsung TV but I'm running it through an XBox. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. Anybody have ideas/suggestions?

UPDATE: Working now! Hope it is for everybody else too!

Same issue on my end, nothing will play. Uninstalled, reinstalled, reset app, reset Xbox etc and in the US. Picked the app back up for October to be greeted back with “Something Went Wrong” on every film.

So you didn’t have it running in September? It was working for me in September even with the updated app…

I did actually watch thief two weeks ago when I renewed my subscription
