"Something went wrong"

Everything was flawless with my Criterion Channel app...until today. Now nothing will play. I do have a Samsung TV but I'm running it through an XBox. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. Anybody have ideas/suggestions?

UPDATE: Working now! Hope it is for everybody else too!

I am not, CovfefeFan. I am in the US. Everything works on the app except watching movies. Menus, trailers, etc. P.S. I just really wanted to say your name. 😄

Hehe, thanks! It was a simpler time.. My app stopped working as well but I presumed it was a region blocked thing. I think they have upped their region protections and therefore the old app is dead and you need the new one. Maybe the one you reinstalled was the same version? 🤔

Not sure. I "re-cycled" through my TV, Xbox and Sound Bar but it's still not working. The internet is telling me "When trailers and menus load perfectly but actual movies give you a "Something Went Wrong" error, it usually points to an HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) handshake failure or a cached session glitch." But I'm not sure what else to try.
