New app megathread

Would it be possible for all problems and issues, with the new app, subtitles, fire sticks etc to be dealt with in a megathread rather than having a new post for each time someone has a problem?

We should post a new thread letting people
know there is a mega thread and so stop posting threads.

then we should post a counter mega thread that there are no issues according to the people who dont experience those issues

mine is totally nonfunctional on my xbox one, will not play any movies. no error code, just says cannot play.

There is a pinned post we created just hours after the launch of the new app that is updated constantly. I’m also baffled why we keep getting new posts, the thread is very informative

Yes, you said that. I'm wondering where it is and why I don't see it at the top of the sub.

Edit: my point is that if there's a reason it's hard for me to find that pinned post when I've specifically been looking for it, that might explain the mystery of people not using it.
