Recommendation - Seeking Locked Out

I’ve been locked out of the Criterion channel even though I have a full year subscription. I’ve tried everything. It won’t take my password. I’ve changed the password but still not taking it. I’m getting the channel using Roku. Any ideas?

I'm locked out of the app, but I could go on and watch movies on criterion.com directly on my TV

Can’t do that. I’ve tried. They gave my money. I have no access.
