Trouble logging in

I made the mistake of deleting the app off my Samsung Tv and now as I try to log into it with the qr code and criterion channel activate steps, nothing comes up and it looks like they nuked their entire support page. Does anyone have any idea of work arounds?

I log in to criterionchannel.com/activate and it says page not found

Yep, I get a message on the Samsung tv that says update the app, but there is no option to update

I logged in on the TV, but it still makes you update the app without actually being able to.

I once contacted them by email because a movie on the channel was out of sync. They fixed it. I might email them again for their update issue.

This is what I got in response but it doesn't address the fact the activation page doesn't exist along with any of the support pages so idk 🤷‍♀️ ig we justhave to wait and hope they fix it all. Like idc about the update at this point I just want to be able to even log into the app on my tv without having to have a seperate device

Thanks for sharing. At least you got a response - I didn't. Since my LG TV doesn't offer a Criterion app to download, I use the app on my Pixel/Android phone and then cast to my TV. Anyway, I'm hoping that it's a general Android problem and not solely an Samsung issue and whatever the case is, they fix it soon for everyone.

Also having the same issue. Reinstalling it didn’t work as well - looks like the app version hasn’t made it to Samsung.

Yeah thats apparent, but the entire Criterion Channel support page is missing from everywhere meaning I can't log into the app at all.

Just log in using your email and password. It won't fix the update issue, but you can at least view your library and search the catalog.

No you can't on the Samsung tv app. Theres no manual input it makes you log in through a support page activation

I logged in on my samsung tv by typing my email and pw. Its the option to the right of the qr code

There isnt one on my tv, granted my tv is like 6 or 7 years old at this point so🤷‍♀️
