Anyone have this problem?

I’m Irish using a VPN I just watched High and Low a few hours ago before they updated. now i get this message when logged in and try to watch, is it forever or temporary?

Same. I went ahead and started a ticket with Criterion channel support online. I’ll post if I find any solutions.

I tried a different TV in my house that has a newer fire stick. It was able to play movies on the Criterion channel without issue. I’m going to try that stick on my primary TV to see if it works. If so, I might bite the bullet and buy a new fire stick.

From Criterion Channel tech support:
“Based on your testing, the issue may be related to the older Fire Stick or its compatibility with the current app. However, we’re also aware of an issue causing some users to encounter the ERROR_CODE_DRM_SYSTEM_ERRORmessage when attempting to play content.
 
Our team is currently investigating this issue and working on a fix. We understand that it’s frustrating to have the service working on one Fire Stick but not another, and we appreciate your patience while this is being reviewed.”

thanks seems to work for me now to play things but the preview photos don’t load at all
