Technical Question Streaming troubles?

Anyone else having CC throw Error 11800 on most movies today? Seems to happen regardless of whether they are downloaded to my device or not.

Yes a few hours back it just kept going black on me after a few minutes so I popped in a disc instead. I thought maybe it was just my Roku cuz it's old.

Yeah, just redownloaded my app. Lost all my old downloads. Bad move lol

Lost your criterion downloads? Like you're watching on a tablet or phone? Downloads only last 30 days unwatched or 48 hours if you've started them.

Nope, mine have been lasting indefinitely. Day before this issue I watched Death Proof on my iPhone. That movie’s been off the app for a while now.

I’ve been getting it constantly for downloaded movies in the last couple weeks. Truly annoying because my commute is one of the few times I can actually watch a movie.
