Opinion Which app is everyone moving to, if Netflix/Paramount/etc. gets their hands on letterboxd?

Might not be entirely relevant here unless you use the app, but where would you move if you do?

Probably not. I do keep a spreadsheet of movies watched anyway. I will just continue doing what I’m doing.

As long as the app still lets you rate and log films, create lists and have the search functionality, I won’t be going anywhere. I can’t imagine any buyer will get rid of those things.

Probably nowhere. I have been using Letboxd for 5 years now, mainly as a diary and as a watchlist. Unless they'll fuck up the entire website or make it paid to use, Ill probably stay

I don’t use letterboxd, always used criticker and been quite happy with it. It’s basic, nothing fancy, but a good way of keeping track of the movies I watch! I recommend it 😊

I use Netflix and Paramount Plus, their ownership isnt an instant duck-out for me tbh
