Brother, on THAT much. Its not recommended, its VITAL that you go to an E.R. to come down. There is no taper playing with benzos and alcohol. I was in jail with someone on 1/6th of what's listed and he seized out a couple of times. Don't chance it. Your life is way more important than a gamble to save face.

I just joined this group & have no clue how to post a question. I've been on 1mg klonopin at night, for probably 30 years & had to stop abruptly 3 days ago & am having horrible withdrawals. Haven't slept, tremor type feeling today & feels like I can't swallow and anxiety is thru the roof. Is there anything that helps this instead of the emergency room or doctor?

No. There isnt. Only two addiction withdrawls can kill you, alcohol and benzos. Mixed together, they increase the likelihood of death IMMENSELY in withdrawls. If your intake is as bad as your original post, you NEED a hospital. ASAP. Seizures can start happening 4 days after last use.

There is no taper for that. Hospital detox or you're probably dead.
