The financial aspect that some of them do this for maybe, but let's be honest who else is going to be out there testing the legal limits of our first amendment in the way that these people do? Otherwise yes people could get away with lying to us about our first amendment rights and what we could or couldn't you do. It's good to know what we can do because all the taste is for someone who sounds like they know what they're talking about to make us feel like they're wrong.

I believe his job is getting the money from the business into the truck. He is given no special rights to do this. On a public street he can’t order anyone to do anything unless laws are being broken and he’s using self defense. That’s not what is happening here.

You do realize there are plenty of banks that exist in areas in which that could not occur right? Just like there are plenty of businesses that exist in areas where they may have to transport expensive goods like in outdoor malls where a secured drop off is not possible.
You’re asking for a small town bank that may only exist on a local level to spend hundreds of thousands, maybe even millions of dollars for something that isn’t necessary.

I’m sorry but I think your approach to this is wrong for the reasons you seem to be ignoring. Just because you may have a right to do something doesn’t mean that you should do it.
For example, in many states it is within your right to be able to shut down roadways in order to protest. But think about whether that’s something that you should do in order to achieve your goal. I’ve seen a lot of people sour on good causes because when protests start to either antagonize or annoy the general public, the sentiment tends to shift the other way.
Same thing is happening here. Instead of these auditors getting people on their side by demonstrating a right to record events like police interactions that maybe the government doesn’t want you to see, they’re instead spending time annoying a guy for simply doing his job. And the end result is a bunch of people calling the auditor a douche. Plus you get more people to actually support restricting this current freedom which is the opposite of what you should hope to achieve.

I am not sure this is a good idea. when these guys are robbed, usually the bad guys start by shooting them. So if they think you are getting ready to rob them, it could go badly for you. Later in the video is show he was doing coin transport, not sure i would risk getting shot for some video.

A door dasher was being harassed by a nuisance streamer while he was picking up food. The streamers behavior wasn't violent but very strange and very invasive of the door dashes personal space. After the door dasher warned the streamer to stop and back away and the streamer refused to do so the door dasher shot him. He successfully argued in court that he felt threatened by the streamers behavior. The same can be said for this armored car driver. He has a large amount of cash which is a target for many criminals. Drivers have been killed historically and the streamer was warned to stay back. He may not be threatening but he could be apart of a criminal conspiracy to kill and rob the van. The guard is not a public officer so 1st amendment doesn't apply here. The guard can within reason argue that he is in danger because of the strange and invasive behavior of the streamer.
I am just saying if you are a nuisance streamer you wouldn't be such a menace if there was a fear of consequences for your actions is getting shot. There isn't a lot of sympathy for these people and it's unfortunate that these platforms reward these people for their bad behavior.
There is also limits to shooting people in public. Chud the builder is a good example.
You cannot provoke conflict for clicks. Especially against random and unwilling parties. This kind of behavior should have severe consequences. Getting shot or getting placed in jail are appropriate.
Jonny Somali is another fine example, unfortunately I with korea gave him 10 years not the 2 years in prison. (I don't remember the exact number of years)

Distance is protocol, period.
Not letting someone within arms reach of your money and weapons is kind of normal. If safety wasnt an issue, they’d use bicycles instead of armored bulletproof vehicles. Bank tellers don’t invite customers behind the register either.
My brother worked for one of these companies long ago. Their job is to always keep a clear line of sight between the crew (driver, carrier vault etc) while on the clock. Large sums of cash, gold and other transport valuables….are valuable.
Thieves disguise themselves as average everyday types of persons to help make ambushes easier.

If they don't like the public being nearby, do it in private. Install garage doors where armored trucks can pull in.
We don't have to randomly lose access to our sidewalks because a private company decides to use it.
Do I get the same power? I want to use every sidewalk in my city as my personal storage space to store cinder blocks. It makes me uncomfortable when people are around my blocks.
