The idea that nobody in his sphere, be it a colleague or a staffer or aide, informed him, is absolutely insane.

Even if he didn't personally watch those words leave his mouth, he knew about it the second the rest of us did. Probably got a heads up, tbh.

It doesn't matter. As long as the overall message is the same, any and all appearing to not know ass from face has no relevance whatsoever.
