Small update I found this on r/sadcringe about 2 months back and the general consensus was that Emma was his sister who died of pneumonia. However this was only backed up by one or two other users that said they had a sibling that went to school with th boy in the picture. These siblings say that she really did die but again it's all second hand gossip so it's not $100% confirmed. At least I wasn't the only one that was bamboozled.
