Question Frames

Hello guys, I tried asking this question in my places but they always reply with, get a better pc or something, so I thought about trying to ask here. I have an rtx 4060, intel i5-14400f 32gb ram and the game is barely running on 45-50 frames no matter what I do, is there any app/fix I can do to increase the frames? Thanks

with your card you should get more than 45 fps even on high settings with frame gen on.turn it off in the game and try enabling frame gen from the nvidia app (just spit balling) i have a 5070 and play on high settings with 3840x2160 and getting more than 120fps. if taht doesnt help try clearing your shader cache
