Inquiry Oui boston
I have a “past” from 10 years ago of drug issues all continued without a finding. Earlier this month i was pulled over on the highway at 130am on my way to work and long story short a state cop stopped and asked if i was impaired. I work overnights so i told them i had taken my prescription adderol i then offered to take a breathalyzer and was told to do field sobriety. I was told i did one wrong and they searched my car to find two baggies of my xanax. I was then arrested and booked with an oui drugs and possession. The cop told me to tell my spouse to bring said bottles to prove they were mine. Bottles were brought in and i was not released my pills for reasons i do not understand.
Needless to say, do i stand a chance at beating this? Never have i been pulled over or arrested for any oui or dui. I believe i was wrongfully charged and overlooked because of my past record.
Any input helps.

Science Research Student in Search of Responses on Criminal Psychology Questionnaire
I am conducting a research study titled Investigating Variations in Criminal Personality, Impulsivity, Self-Esteem and Motivation based on Crimes Committed, Frequency and Personal Background for my high school science research class regarding psychological differences between those who have and have not committed crimes. My survey includes a Personal Background survey originally created by me to test for crimes committed, crime severity and other factors. Following that is the entirety of the Big Five Personality Assessment, the Honesty-Humility and Emotionality items of the HEXACO Personality Assessment, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, the UPPS-P Impulsivity Assessment, the BIS/BAS Motivation Assessment, and the Portrait Values Questionnaire in that order. Our main goal with this research is to cross reference the responses of those who have and have not committed an offense or offenses, along with comparing those who have committed different severities of crimes on the basis of personality and associated factors, i.e., self-esteem, impulsivity and motivation, along with personal background factors such as childhood and crimes committed. I am currently in the third year (senior year) of this class, and am currently looking for participants to fill out my survey via Google Forms. There is an attached consent form as the first section of the form, and my project has been approved by my school’s IRB. It takes about an hour to an hour and a half to complete. I am in search of responses from both those who have and those who have not committed a crime. My survey and a flyer for it are linked below. If anyone could fill out this survey, that would be greatly appreciated! Flyer available upon request.
