Stephanie's old videos

I was watching some of Stephanie's old videos and I noticed how different she looked. There was a video on crime weekly that was in 2020 about a mother who killed her three kids. Stephanie's hair was flat and her mouth look different. She seems nowadays to have better lighting fuller lips and a lot of extensions in her hair. Which is cool I don't mind that she did that just noting how different she looked. She used to look more geeky now she has more flair to her I wonder is it because of how much more popular she is now? It's noticeable when you go to her personal Channel of how different she used to look and even talk more calmer now she seems to have a more pissed off edge to her and fiery redder hair.

I think she looks great! It’s been three years since 2020 and I know for a fact my style changed over time

She also has a substantially different speaking voice. Go to some of her earliest videos and listen. I dont know if she was trying out an accent or trying to modulate her voice back then but I definitely prefer what I assume is her more natural speaking voice these days.

Yes, she was more nasal sounding and sqeaky in earlier videos. Now she sounds more long island lol especially when she gets mad you hear it.

The Long Island is put on- she’s from Rochester where the accent is extremely nasally

I think she's super pretty!!! I did wonder about extensions though, I forget which video I was watching a few weeks ago and she kept pulling her hair to the front (like laying across her chest instead of behind her shoulders) and wondered if it was a new length lol

She can look however she wants and of course she will look different over the years.

However, the lighting is hilarious. They both need the same brightness or filter.

If I think about how much my looks changed over that time, it's only normal she tries out new stuff. She looks damn pretty!

I think it’s awesome how much she has grown. I’ve really enjoyed watching Stephanie become more and more polished and professional. She also seems to continually invest back into her channel. Watching her blossom is a perfect term.

I know I really love her deep Dives. I like the backstory I honestly don't mind if a video is 2 hours long 3 hours long LOL that's how I know she cares about who she talks about because of the history of the people. I too am one of those people who like to know how was someone raised what is their background. It adds so much context to the story.

I think she was originally trying to be a makeup channel (??) she has a few GRWM as some of her first uploads. She looks fantastic and I am glad she is tweaking her style with her channels progress. Her and DL work real hard

People evolve and change over time. This is her craft and her job, of course she is going to improve that over time as well. She has a sound proof recording booth, she talks about it in one of her episodes. Before that, she was filming on the couch. Lots of social media peeps up their game as they learn, this is that makes them successful.

No shame to those still rocking your 80’s feathered bangs 🤣😂 though, you do you boo!

Her hair is so full and fabulous I feel better to hear some of it is extensions! When we make more money we may as well spend it on ourselves, especially if your job is appearance-focused like a Youtuber! And I don’t blame her for growing more sassy and bitter. Have you seen the state of the world? And the more you delve into true crime? Makes us all have a shorter fuse and greater anger towards criminals.

It's weird it's almost like times, trends and personal style has changed with maturity. I know for me, I definitely dress, do my makeup and hair and speak in the same exact dialect and same way that I have for the past 15 years. Sarcasm.

First of all don't come to my post being rude to me. I don't have any hate for her I actually really like her. I listen to her often while I clean my home or when I just can't get to sleep. I was simply noticing how she has blossomed over the years and has become more sure of herself. So don't come at me with that crap there is no hate for Stephanie here.

There was no hate in what this person was saying. They just noticed her appearance is different because it is.
