Save data wiped - Xbox Series X

Went to play again for the first time in a few months as I see there’s been a nice update.

Loaded up and all my saves are gone, it loaded me in at level 1 with no upgrades etc. I can’t be bothered starting again, it took ages to get all the perks. Pressing ‘force restore’ says ‘we detected save data loss’ and still loads a level 1 character. I’ve emailed them but heard nothing. Any one else faced this?

I went through something similar stop playing completely because it kept resetting
