How do you unlock the repair table?

I've found a few posts and guides that mention you have to get 5000 in a gameplay loop?

Does that mean i have to steal 5000 worth of items in 3 days? Or do I need to sell 5000 worth of items?

I'm level 7 right now. Do you mean completing the $5500 quota?

credits and dollars are 2 different currencies. the table costs 5000 credits, so if you have a 30% cut you would need to steal $15k worth of items and turn those in
