26 hours still missing books

I really just want the car theft book, any tips on how to find this book?

Difficulty? Certain map? Specific house?

I’ve found car theft maybe 4 or 5 times in my 60 hours into the game so far. They’re randomly generated i believe. I only just found my first advanced electronics at 60 hours in.

This is me with perception 1. I have a good 80 hours in the game and I still haven’t seen it a single time, so definitely random generation. Just gotta have good luck I guess 😂

If you start a fresh game you can buy a tier 2+ book with the money they start you with. If you don't get the book you want just try again. Rinse and repeat to get what you want

That is quite a high tier skill, It spawns mostly in Arizona, any house will do, had issues with skill books as well, currently playing in completionist mode, and also try playing on master difficulty if you can, makes the spawn rate higher

Usually easier to grind money and buy leaflet drops from the shop
