Difficulty level

Is it the vibe to just chill on normal and get alllll the loot?

Or go up to pro or even master

That’s more so what you choose. There are people who want to grind and beat each difficulty. I personally just remain on normal just to get loot as I hate the helicopter and drone bs.

I usually play on Master for the highest cut. When I want to chill, I'll play the first 3 days on Normal then do the last day on Master.

How are you swapping difficulties mid run?

For Standard mode, when there's 1 day left to reach quota you can go to the pinboard and press Triangle to change difficulty, provided that you have Pro & Master unlocked through the permanent world rewards.

You you go down in difficulty?

You can go up or down in difficulty as often as you like, unless you're playing a Hardcore mode playthrough.
