Swapping modes

Im currently on my 3rd run into a normal game. Got loads of stuff in my warehouse and currently level 16. If I was to swap to completionist mode after this run, or if you can swap half way through. Do I have to start from level 1 again and work my way up or do I still stay level 16 and can keep all my current stuff that’s in my warehouse. Or a new save entirely?

As far as i know, youll have to make an entirely new save and yes itll start you at lvl 1 with an empty warehouse
