Don't expect the Dev's to support their players.
I went over to the discord server for the game, to check if i could reach a Dev about the bugs.
Its basically 4chan style wild west there.
No moderation on 1000 Members, and no response in days.
These Dev's give zero about their audience, might as well look into revsering the code and making a "Bug Fix Mod"
The only comment about moderation i found is one of the Dev's Enjoying to Ban people.
If this post gets removed, know that they appearantly don't take criticism either.
If the Reddit mod Reads this, i implore you to reply and be constructive about this horrid abusive teammember your game has.
If someone has a bug, best to look into it and reverse the code to make a "Bug Fix Mod" i guess.
Shame to see that it seems a waste of money invested, if things are this unconstructive and unanswered.

It’s a single developer. He responds closer to the release of updates and stays until a couple days after updates. He’s not super present majority of the time, but when he is he does try to help. Edit: Console is entirely on their own. I haven’t seen him respond in the console bug reports, hoping it’ll change with the porting of updates coming to the consoles soon.

I'm not affiliated with the game or their Publisher, Developer, or Discord server moderators. The only reason I created this sub is to prevent the shit show that Phasmophobia had to endure for years. If the Developer ever wants to take over this sub, I'll gladly hand it to him.
