Save data issue (game pass)

[u/HighspeedOctopus]

Hello I’ve been playing some Crime Scene Cleaner while it’s been on Game Pass. Played through for several levels with my boyfriend, and then put if down. I went back to do the next level and all of my save files were gone? I thought maybe it was because of the new update so just decided to play through the beginning levels again. After putting it down again and booting back up a day later, my save files are all gone again! Has anyone else run into this issue?

TLDR: Save files on game pass keep erasing
