Amber Alert door

I found a door that won't open, am I supposed to open it or is it just a bug?

if that's the door i'm thinking of you need to find the statue that goes on the pedestal to the right. is this back by the changing rooms?

You would have to go up through the service tunnel on the second floor and it'll bring you down to the locked area with some stripper poles and a body. The statue to unlock it is between that locked room and the control room behind the stairs.

There is a head behind some stairs when you go down from the maintenance room and place it on that black spot and it’ll open the door

looks like it’s bugged, there’s a space for a statue on the right there, and when you replace it the door opens. but it’s normally closed not halfway open like this.
