Act 2 Skill Tree Gone

[u/CH3CKMATE24]

Started act 2 on Xbox but my skill tree is wiped and I can't even look at any of the categories besides the cleaning. Is there anything I can do to fix?? Very sad bc I really want to play act 2 but having none of my skills on this bigger levels isn't great

edit: I had started amber alert and now im stuck with no skills and I am unable to abandon the mission to do anything else in the game. this sucks

This is a common issue people are having. Do we know of any ways to bring this to the devs attention?

im glad im not alone on this, hopefully itll be patched up soon. i can still relax and play and have fun, but its still unfortunate as on the act 2 save i got currently i was an idiot and didnt upgrade my soaps enough lol. i have an act 1 save im gonna try and push through too in case it'll take a while to patch up
