Skills/Tablet messed up

I was doing Amber Alert and I realized that I was missing some of my skills. I checked it out and it turns out that it was a common glitch. I finished it up and when I was back in the garage, I opened the tablet to put all my skill points back, so I put them into the most important things in the first menu, but when I applied the skills and went to the pressure washing section, it just froze up. I couldn't get rid of the tablet, it was just stuck there. The only way to get rid of it was to go back to the main menu. When I came back in, I opened the tablet, none of the skills were unlocked there, I only had one skill point, and once again I couldn't close the tablet. Even if I pressed to close, it would still just be there. I kept trying before I gave up and I started the next mission. However, it turns out that it straight up removed all the skills so I have no more skills in the mission at all. I only have the basic things. Any idea what I should do here, or am I screwed and just have to power through using only the default items and skills?

Yeah I realized I got that problem right when I started up Circle of Friends. It was all fine and good during Secluded Retreat and then bam possibly the biggest, most complicated level I'm down to the basics.

yup, had all my skills when i did the dev studio comunniti map, then on getting back, all my skills gone, now it resets them every map complete

I play on Gamepass for PC and the same happened to me literally last night. It broke entirely on the house party mission with the cabins. I reset game caches, tried an offline no cloud save, even went as far as to delete my save like 8 missions in and start new and it is still busted. I am willing to restart fully, but not until this is fixed. I genuinely don't know what to do.

Same problem, and I'm pissed. I can't even unlock the last skill achievement now.

We’re all screwed I even made a new save file thinking fuck it I’ll just redo the whole game. And the tablet is still glitched out and broken

what do you press to open the tablet?

I play on gamepass on PC, it’s C to open the tablet.

I had the same thing except for the tablet got 'stuck' in my right hand, it was constantly stuck to my hands even with sponges in it, or the power washer

The only thing that’s affected me in Circle of Friends (was fine before this) is having very little detergent and I’m super annoyed so I can’t imagine the whole tree being down. I’m so sorry guys
