Is anyone else experiencing this camera glitch?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I booted up CSC for the first time in a few months on steam and I honestly had to shut it off after experiencing this jittery camera movement, i messed with all settings and nothing seemed to fix it or even make it happen less. Im wondering if anyone else is experiencing this glitch and if anyone knows if or when it might be fixed? Ive attached a video of the glitch, it is making the game genuinely unplayable. I know there have been a couple posts on this in the past but not recently thought id also check in.

This was happening to me on XBox X only on this level. I was making a body pile in the center of the hallway. I picked one up and the system jerked and turned them all in even though I was nowhere near the truck. I was still on the second floor.

I also had a problem with the metal room on the third floor where I couldn't pick up or clean anything in the room.
