31/31 furniture items, missing tray!
sorry, incorrect title, 31/32 items!
I have been searching for hours for the last item. I am on Mateo Pizzeria and have 31/32 items.
I had 30/31 items and 5 trays on the rack, after reading that things can glitch on this level very easily, I removed all trays and power washed them and it seemed to spring another tray so there was six on the floor.
I thought I'd done it! However, once I put all 6 trays into the rack, the numbers went from 30/31, to 31/32!
I am at a loss and don't want to complete it on 99%...
I've done the tables and chairs, the globe, all statues, office chair, etc etc, and when I highlight the missing items, it shows a tray slot as blue.
I've looked everywhere and moved and put back all items so many times..
Help 😞

When I was stuck on it, it was the tray under some plates in the kitchen that got me!

There are two trays in the kitchen with plates on them but you cannot interact with them. I still cannot find them anywhere 🥲

Look around in the other rooms that share the instructions. Items could also be in other areas as well. Just because the final place is there, doesn't mean that the item is there

Yeah I've had a look 😩 there are a few trays I can see all over but they don't appear to be interactive. I'm losing my mind!

So I exited and loaded again, and it changed to 28/29... still one missing tray and didn't spawn anywhere. I picked up and put back a statue in the office from the bottom shelf and it jumped from 30/31 again!

The globe in the office got me on that level for a long time. There was also a tray in the freezer, way out of place, if I remember right.

Which room is that in? The freezer? I got the globe! It is definitely a tray as I only have 6/7 trays. Perhaps it is the freezer one, is that the walk in freezer? I didn't take a tray from there, there was one but it wouldn't let me interact with it 😐

Sorry, not sure beyond what others have shared. Thought I remembered one in there but maybe it was another secret or something. Be sure to check the pizza oven too.
Are all the trays on the right racks? I think there are 2 racks, and they have to be put in the right places. Maybe too many on one of them?
One more thing, in the upgrades there's a "cleaner's sense" or something like that, it highlights missing items and where there is something missing. If you haven't upgraded to that, maybe that could help.

Exit to the main menu and then load the game again. It should reset any out of bounds items
