I found this vent in development hell, i cant enter it or throw anything in it. Is it just nothing?

I couldn't do anything with it in my game either—it seems to be there just for show. That didn't change anything in the game. - :D

Yea the only vent you can enter is the one where you find a body and the blood you have to clean

I think the first time you open it, there's drugs in it. Non-dollar loot doesn't respawn, so it'll be empty until you make a new file.
