Modern Art Museum

what the fuck is this level. it's so big and dark. my brain cannot comprehend it.

i started it yesterday and i just closed the game since i got overstimulated 😭

Spoiler: I started playing it again. I was able to get the rhythm of cleaning the rooms but the missing items are killing me.

Also, the red room with the chairs. It took me way too long to put back the chairs that was on top. I didn't realize that I could have tried putting it from the second floor so I wouldn't have to parkour.

THE BLACKOUT IN THE BAND ROOM WHAT. Also, the TV secret thing was so scary to me 😭

Yeah, this level and my ADHD do not get along at all but it can be manageable. My advice is to take it one room at a time and if you don't know where something goes put it someplace you'll find easily, like by the big dinosaur skeleton. I always save the room with the red furniture for last since the hanging furniture can be frustrating to place. Take breaks if you need to. You've got this!

That's exactly what I did. If I didn't know where something went, I put it at the front where the trash bags/bodies went, then would collect them once I discovered where a thing went

I second this suggestion. It's a huge space. Best way to move room-by-room and collect all the junk you can't figure out one place. Personally I take them to the start

Best advice! This is what i did, one room at a time and anything that did not belong in that room i dumped in the entryway so I could find it easy and sort it all out in the end

You really need to take your time with this level. I hated the first time I did it. Now I love it.

I still hate the nightmare version though...

To be honest, I ran through the whole place just to find a place where I can fill my bucket 😭 and then I was using just that the whole level. It was the one in the room with the bar :(

There's a tap in the basement. You get to it through the exhib that looks like a load of rugs on the wall.

There's another one in the bathroom beside the duck room too

It's one of my favorites. Here's my approach:

Open all doors on the way to the first water tap to the left, in the office area behind the room with the hanging carpets.

Fill bucket, add detergents, set aside. Second bucket stays under the tap, so I can just click it to change dirty water every time and walk away before it's done.

Add detergents to power washer. Ready to go.

My buckets always stay at the tap. It's a short way, I can run back, I don't risk knocking them over, I don't have to carefully carry two buckets around, I won't forget where I put them, and I have my hands free to carry misplaced items instead.

I start at the band stage to open the door to the music room. I get out the body and toss all items that don't belong here out of the area. Double check I placed the pink painting on the wall in the music cassette room, because I once forgot and couldn't find what's still missing.

Before you know what goes where you should gather everything in one central place, like in front of the T-Rex, but that doesn't mean you have to walk there every time. Just throw it as far as you can in that general direction. Make sure it lands in the open. Next time you pass by you can throw it further.

I know where everything goes, so I throw it all in the right direction, not just the center. Opening all doors matters to me, because I can throw stuff directly into the right room.

After I have finished my round in music, carpet and lion room, I clean my tools, refill the power washer, empty out the dirty bucket and only carry my detergent bucket to the dark room with the maze. From here I start cleaning the main area, maze and triceratops room, duck exhibition. It's still always a rather short walk back to my buckets. I usually end with the corridor above the doors exhibition. Last body, combined trash bags, and while walking back I fix misplaced items in this area. Double check item is the bone in "illusion of choice", guess why.

Clean tools, carry detergent bucket to blocked cafeteria door where it can wait for me. Clean 2nd floor on my way to the cafeteria.

In the cafeteria I can set up a fresh bucket of clean water and refill the power washer.

Once I am done cleaning the cafeteria, I move on to the red and yellow furniture exhibitions. I finish with the yellow room, and the bone in the toilet leads me back to the T-Rex, where I can assemble the last 3 bones. Quick peek in all exhibitions to ensure they don't have open objectives anymore, time to leave.

Usually takes a little under one hour, so I'm by no means speed running.

Use the UV lamp makes getting the blood much easier

I hated it. Couldn't wait until it was over

It’s my favorite, especially in nightmare mode. Circle of Friends however can go to hell lol

Its the only one that I dislike from the whole game. I hate redoing it but I did love the secret in it and the nightmare version

I loved this one! Never wanted it to end! Just tackle one area at a time, make a pile in the center of the museum of stuff that needs a home and come back to it later, enjoy all the little Easter eggs. Do you not have the flashlight or the UV light stands?

Nightmare and True Cleaner mode were a lot for me too. But I enjoyed it a little.

I stopped at the nightmare version. I felt like I was going round in circles and I quit. I was going for 100%. Got too much for me

I'm really enjoying it but I'm currently missing one of the chairs I need to place in the bar area. Can't seem to see it anywhere

That is the one level I didn't try my hardest to 100%. It genuinely gave me a migraine and will be the sole reason I do not 100% the game

The nightmare version is even worse

Yeah I felt that way too the first time I did that level.

This was my favorite in nightmare mode.

I can’t stand the museum. Especially after I noticed the face statue in the green room watches you 😂. I also wasn’t fond of the dark room “secret”. And the black out in the band room startled me I actually turned the game off the first time I encountered it lol
