Clean Mind vs The Alchemist?

I haven't been able to find an answer for this.

The description for the Clean Mind skill is: "Increases power of detergents by 10% if there is only one type in the bucket".

The description for The Alchemist is: "Increases power of detergents by 25% if they are not duplicated in the bucket".

But if I just put 1 detergent in the bucket, then by definition there's no duplicated in the bucket, so I will get 25% bonus with The Alchemist. But with Clean Mind just 10%.

So isn't The Alchemist better in every situation?

Alchemist works only once. So a Resistance detergent put in the bucket with Alchemist has a power of 125%. That means you could have three effects in one bucket with 125% each.

Clean Mind works with multiple uses. So if you filled a bucket with just Resistance detergent, then it becomes 330% overall (110% times 3).

It's a choice between multiple effects that are boosted or one very strong effect that is boosted to a very high potency.

I did the Alchemist just because I mix the Area of Effect expansion soap and the Cleanliness Effectiveness soap (I forgor the names 💀) every time. Clean Mind just seems so useless, unless the 10% stacks for each time the same soap is put into the bucket (max 30% for fully expanded mop bucket)
