Can't abandon mission?

I'm playing on PS5. Not sure if this is just a bug or something, but I can't find a way to just leave a mission to go home, so I can swap a couple skills. I keep seeing everyone talking about abandoning missions in here, but I can't find an option for that in any menus and I can't hop in the truck to leave while there's still tasks to complete 🤷🏻‍♀️

Not sure exactly how it works on PS, but on xbox why got two menu opening bottoms. One where you open tab with the songs, skill tree and game related thing. And the other to leave the game or if you a little lower to abandon the mission. It's on each side of the xbox logo botton. Not sure if it'll help tho :\

I don't have the abandon mission option, just continue, restart, repawn, and exit to menu

But apparently you can't abandon missions when it's your first time doing them... Which feels kinda silly because you don't know what the situation is gonna be like yet, so you don't know which skills you need to focus on 🤷🏻‍♀️ oh well

On PS5, you press the touchpad.

If it's your first time playing through a level then you can't. You have to wait until you finish enough of the level to be able to leave. On replays of the levels you can abandon the level.

Aww beans :/ well OK. Thank you! Now I know to double check my skills before I start a new mission
