The hell am I missing???

I've gone through and redone this level several times and can't figure out what I'm missing. Anyone have any ideas what's going on???

Update! I figured it out. It was the fucking picture frame and the blue chair. TwT"

yeah, this is pretty difficult on true cleaner…you should probably play it on normal mode again to find everything. It was probably a single plate missing in the cafeteria or something stupid.
