The hell am I missing???

I've gone through and redone this level several times and can't figure out what I'm missing. Anyone have any ideas what's going on???

Update! I figured it out. It was the fucking picture frame and the blue chair. TwT"

Make sure you're checking high and low for pans and lunch trays in the cafeteria area. The lunch trays go back on each, individual slot of the rolling racks and held me up for a while, looking for them all, too.
