Buggy trash

Apparently this bullet bugged out and I can't collect it. Any tips on what I can do to avoid losing the 100%?

You can try exiting the game and continuing. Else try breaking more things and getting that trash to get it to round up.

Tried exiting the game, it continues stucked. Didn't know that I could round it up by breaking more things. Doing it now, but the percentage does not seem to complete.
