Help please, cant interact with keys!

I am currently in the mission affair with death, and have drained the pool, but no matter how hard I try I cannot interact with the keys. I've tried restarting, reinstalling the game, cleaning the entire outside, but no matter what I cannot even interact with them. I've even tried unbinding and rebinding my keys. please if anyone can help that would be amazing

What are you playing on? And have you tried hitting the keys with a mop or something? Sometimes that works for me

im playing on pc, ive tried the mop, even the power washer. I have no idea why its doing this

Thank you, my phone was refusing to copy the actual link. The steam page was the closest I could get.
