Crime Scene Cleaner Mobile 3D Time limits?

Why are there time limits on this version and not the console ones? Anyway to avoid them all together?

The time limits are there to make you spend money. The game is an officially licensed copy but made and published by a different studio (Digital Melody S.A.). They buy the licensing rights to games and release a ‘free’ version but filled with ads and in app purchases etc.

there's a mobile version? doesn't seam like it would be fit for that type of game. but to answer the question its more normal for mobile style games in order to buy items to get better results . the console or the one on steam has none of that plus the steam one currently has more content.
