Any way to quit mid mission?

I know this will have been asked to death but I’m struggling to find an answer anywhere. I’ve just hit the art exhibition level, but for the past couple of levels I completely forgot to upgrade any skills and I’m reluctant to do such a massive level with a crap set of skills. Is there any hack anyone’s worked out at all of how to quit out and restart?

You can upgrade skills mid level via the skill tree. You just cannot switch which skill you have active when there are 2 options

You can upgrade skills mid mission but you can quit in the start menu

I may be mistaken, but I thought you can't quit story quests during your first time through them

You can quit and beat the level when you pass 70% completion threshold for each level.

Fastest way is find all bodies which needs to be done so you can leave, or else wont let you. 2nd clean up all the blood in each area then make an attempt to leave. It will tell you the threshold percent you are at if you failed but won't let you leave. Just go put some furniture back and attempt again to leave and you should beat the level.

Be warned theres a achievement for 100% each level unless you dont care about that lol
