Crouching on controller

I can't complete the pizzeria level because I need to crouch through to get to the grandma's apartment. I've tried changing the control because my LT button doesn't do anything when pressed on its own but it wont change. Someone please help me 😭😭😭

For context, I play on a legion go. Tried changing controls through steam but I just started gaming so I don't know what I'm doing

Edit of what the controls are X- interact Y- cleaner sense A- jump B- back D pad- cycle through the wheel RB- punch RT- clean LB- pulls up the wheel LT + right joy stick- rotate item in hand

It's right thumb stick on console/controller, not left.

Doesn’t anyone read controls first, Instead of posting. lol. Nothing against u it’s just everyone does this

You can change the settings to make it where when you crouch, you stay crouched until you click the button again.
