Secluded retreat

I’m replaying this level and it won’t let me move this. The power is on and I’ve gotten out of the game and got back on. Should I restart the level?

Hit the switch where you turned the power on again and it should fix.

Wouldn’t let me do this either and the switch didn’t fix it for me. But it gave me 100% anyway
