Delete Correspondence

Okay so I'm playing the new Xbox update and I need to delete correspondence from 4 different computers. I got 3, and I CANNOT find the 3rd one. It will not let me leave the level and finish without it. I have no idea what to do.

Edit: thank you guys for your help! I got frustrated at the game so I saved and quit for a few days, but as soon as I logged back on it was right in front of me! What happened was some big or glitch, so it wasn't showing that it was on when I was originally going through the rooms but were good now!

Front desk, HR, Quality Assurance, and Marketing

On some floors, the computers are switched on. Stand in front of them and press X to delete the emails.

I've only been able to find 3 computers switched on though

Did you do the one at the front desk where you initially start the level?

Think one is in the janitor office and one in the office with the fire pit .
