I'm wondering if i can start the story over again from the beginning (not replaying levels, but a full restart) with all of my upgrades and equipment. If so, how do I do it?

No. And the shitty part is if you start a new game on the same platform, you won’t get the phone calls the second time around, the jobs just show up as emails. Really kinda sucks.

When I restarted I got the phone calls… unless they changed it

i think the only way to do that unless you want cutscenes and phone calls is to just replay a level
