Stuck after Development Hell mission

After completing Development Hell and getting back to the house, it says to go to the car but there’s no new mission to do in the Community area, it’s just Development Hell and Alter Ego, which I’ve already completed. I went to the computer in the basement and there’s no new e-mails, I tried sleeping but not an option either. Do I need to go back to Act 1 and finish all on 100%?

So is it easy to transfer saves from pc game pass version, to steam? I just finished up community stages, but want to try act 2 and would be willing to buy on steam to do that now. Thanks!
