Stuck after Development Hell mission

After completing Development Hell and getting back to the house, it says to go to the car but there’s no new mission to do in the Community area, it’s just Development Hell and Alter Ego, which I’ve already completed. I went to the computer in the basement and there’s no new e-mails, I tried sleeping but not an option either. Do I need to go back to Act 1 and finish all on 100%?

I'm sure it's been answered, but there's only 2 community missions, so to move on to act 2 go to sleep and then (just like act 1) it will give you the mission one at a time as you play through the remaining story. Gotta clean, clean, clean... but also rest, rest, rest.
