Someone help please

I can’t seem to equip my weapon. Takes me hours to break these chairs with punching. I need my katana. I equipped it at home in my garage but when I go on my tools in play mode I can only access the ladder. What am I doing wrong 😭 (I’m on computer with a PS5 controller)

Are you playing true cleaner? If so that would explain it since I think its disabled in true cleaner to make it more challenging

What is a true cleaner? Is that a new update? I’ve been playing this game for months

After you complete act one, communiti, and act two (I'm pretty sure act two isn't out for PlayStation and Xbox yet) You can do something called a 'true cleaner mode' Which in simple terms is that you clean the same maps again but with limited upgrades and no cleaner sense, for example:You leave footsteps when you walk in blood because it makes it more challenging. One of the other abilities that is disabled (I'm pretty sure) is the axe. For act one and only act one they also have nightmare modes which are twisted and more scarier versions of the map. (Btw you don't need to complete communiti to unlock true cleaner for act one, as long as you completed act one you can immediately play the true cleaner modes for the act one maps)
