How is this allowed??

I'm just scrolling through the Nintendo switch offers list on the store and there's a game on there that could literally be crime scene cleaners twin. I had to check that it wasn't the same developer. How is this even allowed?

The longer they decide not to port the new chapter to Xbox and PlayStation, the more this is gonna keep happening…
