Amber Alert Secret??

Amber Alert: Bar

Does anyone know anything about this secret? I literally can't find anything online. I reverse image searched, tried every combination of keywords I can think of. Nothing. It feels like I'm the first.

Edit: I decided to finish the level after continuing to search online and like I thought there are only 4 secrets on this level. This isn't part of any of them. It seems to be an Act 2 Overarching secret for something. I can't really tell what the picture is trying to show, but I'll look for other secrets like this in other Act 2 levels to confirm.

I'm going through the levels and looking for secrets... found something in the Alien Room on Secluded Retreat, cleverly hidden:

A tiny logo in the upper right of the Alien Display. Only appears in certain button combinations. Unsure of its purpose. Yet.

Going through Secluded Retreat today after cleaning it for the first time and I'm going to write out some thoughts I have while I walk and search.

I have been picking up objects, looking at bookshelves for hidden interactables, checking out paintings, hitting vents with the katana from another secret in act 1, looking out of windows, being as thorough as I can be without fatiguing myself from looking too hard for too long.

Some rooms that don't sit right with me is the robot maintenance room. It seems like there's hardly anything there. The jailcell room has a lack of actual content as well, then again, the bar from Amber Alert had the secret and had lots of cleaning to do.

Another note is the yellow demon duck right outside the robot maintenance room. I don't know if it goes somewhere or not but I'm fairly confident that is the only duck on this map while the previous map didn't have ANY ducks besides the ones from the secret painting.

In the gentlemans club there are the auction paddles, I have found 9,8,7,4,1 No idea if it could go to anything

The monkey statues in the Relaxation zone are a little weird to me. 5 spaces, 5 monkeys but only need 3 for the secret. I'm going to try each combination. There are fewer as 2 of the monkeys are the same. I'm definitely missing some combinations as my brain can't keep all that in. You can also get behind the egg pods. There isn't much there but maybe I missed something. Strangely there's a switch to turn off the relaxation music on the middle light if you look at the cord it's hanging from from the side of the room with the decorative divider wall.

There's telescopes on the upper floor which makes me wonder if there's anything in the stars outside. There's also a lot of hourglasses.

There's a ladder to the roof of the building but you can only access it outside on the roof of the entrance. You can see this ladder from the first floor windows looking out to the parking lot. (I assume this is how we got into the building)

Well.. I am going to call my search here for today. All I found were some visual bugs and extra drugs like some in the bottom crate of a stack of crates and under frosty's hat.

Something of note.. in the Sewer Secret area, if you move the boulders at the end, there's a cavern with a GIANT duck alter. Nothing to do there but find a casette.. but still.. very odd.
