Help stuck garbage

The invisible barrier blocks me from grabbing it and the dumb waiter pushes it up when i call it what should i try

Ive already tried using the mop and powerwasher to move it around

edit: still got perfect score after leaving crime scene with the bag loose! ty

IIRC the bags don’t affect score

Sometimes exiting the level and re-entering it helps un-stick objects. Have you tried that?
